Introducing GapOnly® at Mooroopna Veterinary Practice
We're pleased to offer GapOnly® as a payment option for eligible clients with pet insurance. GapOnly® is a claims service, powered by PetSure, that works with vets to create a smoother claims experience for pet owners. It means less money out of your pocket on the day, and less time spent on paperwork afterwards.
How it works
Instead of paying your full vet bill upfront and waiting weeks to be reimbursed, GapOnly® lets us process your eligible pet insurance claim while you're still with us in the clinic. Here's the process:

Let our team know when you book, or when you arrive, that you'd like to make a GapOnly® claim.

Once your pet's treatment is complete and the invoice is ready, we lodge the claim on your behalf, and it's typically assessed within around 5 to 10 minutes.

Your eligible insurance benefit is paid directly to us, so you don't have to wait days for reimbursement.

You simply pay the "gap" (the difference between the invoice and your eligible claim benefit) and you're free to go.
If a claim needs more detailed review, or takes longer than expected, we'll let you know so you can decide whether to wait or have it processed as a standard claim instead. You can also request a pre-approval before treatment if you'd like an indication of cover in advance.
